We believe the Earth is Wise and the Way to tend her is with the future generations of plants, animals, and humans in mind and heart.
We are a husband and wife team applying growing techniques that are beyond organic. We practice no-till, biodynamic, and organic methods to enhance present and future soil fertility without harming or disturbing life (from the fungal mycorrhiza relationships to our pollinator friends).
Currently, we are offering our produce as a seasonal CSA, at the Farmers Market (Weaverville and Herb Mountain Farm), at the French Broad Food Co-op, Posana Cafe, and as donation to the BIPOC communities in Western North Carolina.
As of December 2020 and through January 2021 we have available direct from the Hoophouse:
- Kale by the bunch
- Collards by the bunch
- Lettuce Mix by the 8oz. bag
- Spinach by the bunch
