Thuja needles, along with most other conifer needles like the Hemlock needles used in this formula, are high in vitamin C and can be used as an expectorant for coughs and for relieving chest congestion. You may also find that when this remedy is applied to the temples, it creates clear thinking due to the aromatic properties found naturally in the tree.
